- We do not do attics or pressure wash.
-We do shelves for an additional fee.
-We only service northern and central Florida within a 2 hour drive.
- Please reach out if you are unsure out about the location before booking an appointment.
-We require full payment to come out since the drives can be long.
- Please pick 1 person to direct where things will go so things go smoothly.
-We do not haul ANYTHING away.
-We sort, clean, and put back. We bring our own contractor bags and cleaning supplies.
-We need at least 1 weeks notice to come out.
-If you need to reschedule that can be accommodated 1x before cancellation or refund happens
